Bonda carries an important responsibility to society. We are aware that securing food safety for people, animals and the environment, is condition to take part in the food chain. The potential dangers that influence the safety of our feeds, has been inventoried and are managed according to HACCP-principles. Bonda proves by means of in-depth and certified quality systems, that all activities, products and services have been secured for you as a supplier, customer or trader.

All products we deliver on farm have a known origin, and the specific CCP's (critical control points) are audited and managed. The potential dangers are analysed in dialogue with suppliers of Bonda. On the basis of this analysis these potential dangers for product quality and - security are identified and described. Bonda has contractually agreed with its suppliers who does what and when. We communicate the outcome of quality checks on a regular basis, and inform one another about changes to the process and all other elements that influence the quality of our feeds. In this way we fulfil to all demands as they are outlined in the GMP framework.

To secure food safety, Bonda is one of the partners of TrusQ. We not only secure quality but take responsibility also in the chain. TrusQ is an initiative of a number of large feed companies that combine their knowledge and staff capacities in the field of monitoring, quality control, tracking & tracing and crisis management. Moreover concrete agreements have been made concerning the choice of raw materials, suppliers and production locations.
The advantage of TrusQ for the stock breeder is a strong reduction of the risk on possible contaminations in animal feeds. This provides extra security, also towards the processing industry. The sale of meat, milk and eggs is guaranteed better. Besides extra security, the joined analyses and knowledge in TrusQ also provides cost advantages for our customers and suppliers. In short: TrusQ takes its responsibility in the field of quality-thinking and -acting throughout the feed to food chain. TrusQ members have insured their feed and food safety risks, where calamities are covered throughout the chain until an amount of Euro 75 millions per calamity.

As a supplier of moist feed we are prepared and able to meet a lot of quality wishes of our customers. For this reason Bonda takes part, beside its GMP+, HACCP, Q&S and TrusQ recognition, in a number of specific quality programmes that aim at producing specific food products for special markets.
